The meaning of the word ‘ Inspiration’ is very broad. At every turn of life, we are positively or negatively inspired by someone and our work, purpose and determination, etc., are also determined by all kinds of practical qualities. Every human behavior is dictated only by advantages or disadvantages. If a person sees more benefit in lieu of loss then he becomes a source of inspiration for him. Motivation affects a person in two ways. One external motivation and the other internal motivation. If we look at the form of external inspiration, it does not have stability, rather it is momentary, which is bound to fall apart. It depends only and only on the motivator. As long as the motive exists, only external motivation motivates the person. External motivation often also creates mental pressure and tension etc. within us, which leads to inferiority complex.

As a result, efficiency and creativity begin to decline. The same intrinsic motivation arises within the person for two reasons. One is to increase their acceptability and the other to understand the responsibility of discharging responsibilities. Responsibilities play an important role in setting one’s goals and resolutions and it is well known that lack of responsibilities snatches up motivation. This leads to communication of negative motivation within the person. That is, intrinsic motivation always remains in the person and it makes the person patient and determined by communicating positivity out of the human soul. This is the true inspiration in the true sense. Motivation also changes thinking along with functionality. For this purpose, it removes stagnancy and laziness and makes it determined. Therefore we should remove the negative motivation along with generating inner motivation within us. As long as the motive exists, only external motivation motivates the person. External motivation often also creates mental pressure and tension etc. within us, which leads to inferiority complex.
